About DSYNTEC
Every DSYNTEC tool does its work inside your browser. Your drawings, your rates, your client's budget — read, calculated and exported on your own machine. None of it is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go: no account, no database, no server holding your projects.
That is a deliberate constraint rather than a missing feature. Project data is commercially sensitive long before it is public, and the safest place for it is the machine it was made on. Nothing here is loaded from a third party either — every font, icon and library is served from this site, so once a tool has loaded it keeps working with the connection off.
Every tool caches itself on first visit and runs with no connection at all. The one exception is the Site Feasibility Calculator's map, which needs to fetch tiles.
No sign-up, no login, no email address. Open a tool and start working.
Every tool exports to plain files — JSON, CSV or PDF — that open without DSYNTEC. Nothing is locked inside a service you have to keep paying for.
No subscription, no trial, no paywall. Every tool DSYNTEC publishes is free.

Our browser-based tools perform all calculations locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any project data, plot coordinates, or personally identifiable information to our servers.

We do not store personal data on our servers. Any data you enter into our tools is retained only in your browser’s localStorage and is never transmitted to us. You can delete this data at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and the right to object to or withdraw consent for processing. All tools run entirely within your browser. No account registration is required and no project data is transmitted to our servers.
You may use the tools on this Site for personal, academic, or professional purposes. You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without written permission; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the Site; (c) use automated means to scrape, crawl, or access the Site at scale; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

They must be independently verified by a licensed architect, engineer, geodetic engineer, or other qualified professional before use in any permit application, construction document, legal proceeding, or financial decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DSYNTEC and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
